Purpose & Scope
If you need to return or exchange a product for any reason, you will need to fill out a return authorization form on the portal. If you are returning or exchanging multiple products, you will need to fill out a return authorization form for each item.
- On the portal, click Support > Return Authorization.
- Fill in your name, contact information, product name and order number.
- Fill in the details for why you need to return or exchange your product. Include whether you opened the product or activated any license keys.
- Click Submit.
After your return authorization form has been processed, you will receive a shipping label at your preferred email address. Print the label and use it to ship your product.
Products that have been opened or license keys that have been activated are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are exchanging a product for the same product, the fee will be waived.
